Terms of use

Effective date: 21 July 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of myLS (the website https://my.lsnet.gr). The service is operated by LSNet (“we”, “us”). By using myLS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service description

myLS is a social network for communication, content publishing, messaging, communities, pages, events, maps, and related features (including a virtual wallet). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features unless applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the service, you enter into an agreement with us on these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

3. Eligibility and age

The service is intended for users aged 15 or older (digital consent age in Greece / the EU). If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian consents where required. We may request age verification and remove accounts that violate this rule.

4. Account and security

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access at admin@lsnet.gr. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may maintain one account unless we agree otherwise. Selling, transferring, or sharing accounts is prohibited.

5. User content

You retain rights to content you post (text, photos, videos, comments, etc.). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, adapt for format, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. The license lasts while the content remains on the service and as needed for backups and legal obligations.

You warrant that you have all rights to the content you post and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • post illegal, harmful, pornographic (including child sexual abuse material), extremist, or discriminatory content;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate others, or engage in abuse;
  • send spam, malware, or phishing; circumvent technical limits;
  • scrape or harvest user data without consent (bots, crawlers, etc.);
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • use the service for fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
  • interfere with the service infrastructure.

7. Moderation and notices (EU DSA)

We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or the law. Report illegal content or abuse to admin@lsnet.gr. We review reports in good faith within a reasonable time. You may appeal moderation decisions to the same address.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, trademarks, logos, and other myLS materials belong to us or our licensors. Use of the service does not transfer those rights to you, except a limited license to use the interface as intended.

9. Virtual wallet

The service may provide an internal balance / wallet (voucher top-ups, transfers between users, payment requests). Wallet balances are internal accounting units of the service and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are not bank deposits, e-money under payment law, or redeemable for cash to a bank account. Fraud, manipulation, and illegal use of the wallet are prohibited. We may freeze transactions if we suspect abuse.

10. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that policy.

11. Third-party services

The service may link to or integrate third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm, or for other users’ actions. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if no fees were paid — whichever is greater — unless mandatory consumer law (including EU consumer protections) provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, the law, or third-party rights.

15. Termination

You may delete your account in settings or request deletion at admin@lsnet.gr. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal reasons, or service discontinuation. Provisions on IP, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Where practicable, material changes will be notified via the service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, unless law requires otherwise.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic and applicable European Union law. Disputes should first be addressed amicably. Failing that, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your EU/EEA country of residence.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede prior versions on the same subject.
